Crawford Service

For Crawford Services, Manuel and Jose Zapata just finished installing our second system!! We asked for them to come back out again! We could not be more pleased! Just as good as the first system! And they are fast and good.

Clayton Lane and Justin Hester at Crawford Services are phenomenal technicians and a great team. They arrived to my house promptly, early in the morning, in the freezing cold, and went beneath my house in the crawl space to assess a flood situation and fix sump pumps that were not functioning properly. They worked quickly, efficiently, and were great at communicating information to me. I would hire them again ASAP, if something else were to go wrong. They are great, honest, hardworking guys who performed outstanding work and fixed the problem in full. Thanks guys + Crawford Services!

We thought had a gas leak and Doug immediately sent out Austin L to check it out. Turns out we did and Austin fixed it right away. Austin was very thorough, professional and polite. He explained what he was doing and why and displayed a great attention to detail. We have used Crawford Services for years and have never had anything but great things to say about their staff and service.

I had to replace my HVAC system. Manuel Zapata and his son Jose came and did an outstanding job for me. They were punctual and professional. They explained everything along the way and cleaned up afterwards. Before they left, they made sure I understood how everything worked And how I needed to change the filter, etc. They were top-of-the-line and I highly recommend them and their work.

My kitchen sink water was just a drip, I couldn’t get anyone to my house until next week. I sent a message at 9pm last night and received a call from Janie. She sent up my appointment same day! Mr. Lee Slocum showed up and saved the day! He was polite, professional, had a great sense of humor. He was efficient with his repairs, and at a great rate. My kitchen sink works again! Now my wife can slap her apron on, and get to work 😈 Thanks again Lee, I look forward to working with you in the future!

Just had Crawford Service install two new HVAC systems in my home. Juan Hernandez and his team did an outstanding job. Totally professional installation. The install works as advertised, definitely recommend this company and crew, and will have no problems using them again if and when the need arises.

Juan and Chris were great! Showed up on time (they were actually early and waiting by the driveway) and were very cordial. They explained the scope of work, gave me a timeline and followed it to the beat. Time will tell if my equipment will perform better but for the moment, they take the cake as company that delivered what they promised. Thank you guys!

Rodney did a great job looking over my HVAC system. Rodney was knowledgeable and is a master of his craft after almost 40 years in this field. Overall, Crawford Service is knowledgeable, informative, and very helpful. I called yesterday and had a technician here today. I would definitely recommend using this company and will be using them again come spring time, thank you!
